Feb.2- The Eagles were handed only their second loss in conference play this year when they traveled to face Indiana University East. It was a night of stand out performances on both sides, with two Asbury players and three IUE players reaching double digits. For the Eagles, senior Catie Fletcher was the top performer, going 10-22 with 28 points and seven rebounds. It wasn’t enough in the end though, Asbury lost the game 79-66.
Feb. 4- After the disappointment of losing earlier in the week, Asbury came back firing in the game against Indiana University Southeast. Fletcher once again went for 28 points, but three more Eagles also hit double digits as the game went into overtime. Junior Kali Whiteside had a double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds. Senior Kylee Gorby had a career night as well as she went for 26 points in the Eagles 98-97 win.

Feb. 2- While the end result might not have been ideal, the individual performances for the Eagles against Indiana University East were definitely encouraging. Senior Kyle Lamb put on his best performance since his injury last season, going 11-19 on his way to 33 points. Freshman Trenton Thompson continued his stellar first season with 16 points. The Eagles would go on to lose the game 90-74.
Feb.4- Lamb was the team leader again against Indiana University Southeast. Despite the loss, there’s plenty of room for momentum to swing back in the Eagles favor. Another bright spot came from sophomore Austin Kindred. Despite not being featured much this season, Kindred got some solid minutes against IUSE which he translated into 10 points and 10 rebounds.
