Assignments due everyday, classes back to back, and lots of homework can get very stressful. Junioritis and senioritis are starting to set in all around campus. The prescription is the Junior Senior Fall Retreat.
The retreat begins at Camp Loucon Friday Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. and ends Sunday, Sept, 25. This retreat is a time to grow closer to each other and grow closer to God. Canoeing, hayrides, bonfires and hiking are available for everyone to enjoy the outdoors and take a break of the school stresses.
Speaking at this year’s retreat is Zach Meerkreebs. Meerkreebs has been an assistant men’s soccer coach at Asbury for three years.
Tickets will be $25 and will be on sale at the cafeteria kiosks starting Sept.15. A select number of scholarships are available based on need to cover the cost.
