The family-friendly Wilmore Storytelling Festival celebrates the art of storytelling. Fans of the festival and first-time attendees will have the opportunity to hear from masterful storytellers along with the first Kentucky Liars Contest on Saturday afternoon.
The More Tales Storytelling Festival will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sept. 20 and 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sept. 21. Spine Tingling Tales, a longstanding crowd favorite, will kick off the festival on Friday night.
All events will take place at the Dan Glass Pavilion, Wilmore Municipal Center, at 210 S. Lexington Ave., Wilmore, Ky.
Thanks to the contributions of generous donors, all are welcome to attend the event free of charge.
