This weekend will see two of Asbury’s premiere social events: the Junior-Senior dance and Freshman Formal, with the former occurring Friday night and the latter Saturday evening.
Themed “Little Italy,” Junior-Senior will be held at Red Mile at 1200 Red Mile Rd. in Lexington from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. e event is traditionally organized by the younger class to honor graduating seniors. Merciful members pay $15 for one ticket or $25 for two, while Vindicated students go for free.
Freshman Formal follows on Saturday evening, running from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Bluegrass Wedding Barn. e venue is located at 3050 Mitchellsburg Rd. in Danville, Ky. Tickets cost $10 for one or $15 for two.
Tickets for both events will be sold until Friday in the cafeteria at lunch.
